PMI-AGC 1st Vice President & Director’s Meeting

PMI-Arabian Gulf Chapter held its annual Vice President & Directors Meeting at Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai Festival City, Dubai – United Arab Emirates on 21 September, 2012. The meeting was attended by the Region Vice Presidents, Directors and other volunteers, with approximately 24 guests from the GCC region. The meeting mainly focused on the Chapter Strategy & Goal Alignment among regions, standardizations of Roles; Websites; Newsletter; reporting; Policy and other issues. The region leaders presented key best practices and lessons learned during the session. The team also shared knowledge and solicited input on common challenges via lively discussions. The Board of Directors later joined the meeting to get first hand update, set direction and answer questions on open issues.
