The Project Management Institute - Arabian Gulf Chapter will be conducting a
3-day workshop on “Multiple Project Management”. This workshop is scheduled on
March 21-23, 2010, at the Media Rotana Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This seminar will allow the participant to
claim
21 PDUs (Professional Development Units) for this course in support of their PMP continuing certification requirement. The workshop is based on the
4th Edition of the PMBOK Guide, PMI Standard for Program Management and Portfolio Management.
The primary objective of this workshop is to help the participants understand the intricacies of Managing Multiple Projects to achieve specific strategic business objectives.
Each participant will be provided with a Instructor Training Manual plus other reading materials. Upon a successful completion of the program, each participant will receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ on the last day.
Seminar fees are
AED 3,500.00
for PMI members
and AED 4,000.00 for non-members,
respectively.
