"Seminar on Adopting PMI Standards in Iraq"

Come, be part of this new era. Be a part of PMI-AGC Iraq. The Project Management Institute - Arabian Gulf Chapter is pleased to announce that it successfully held its first-ever seminar in Iraq. This event took place in the Nineveh governorate of Iraq on March 23, 2010 under the patronage of His Excellency Engr. Athil Al-Nijayfi, the Governor of Nineveh governorate. The seminar was entitled: "Adopting PMI Standards in Iraq.

This event marked the beginning of new project management era in Iraq, as a growing number of organizations are embracing project management principles and methodologies in their major capital programs. PMI-AGC has pledged to fully support PMI activities in Iraq and has put in place a process to fast-track the registration of PMI-AGC members in Iraq.
