The PMI-AGC has successfully conducted a 3-day workshop on “Multiple Project Management” which concluded on 23rd March, 2010 at the Media Rotana Hotel, Dubai – United Arab Emirates.

The workshop delivered by Mr. Rafay Badar, BS, MBA, PMP, OPM3 & CTO of Emilia CNFM LLC, Dubai U.A.E it was was attended by 18 delegates from different disciplines. The workshops is in support for the credential holders to claim 21 PDUs of their Continuing Certification Requirement. The workshop was based on the 4th Edition of the PMBOK Guide, PMI Standard for Program Management and Portfolio Management. The primary objective of this workshop is to help the participants understand the intricacies of Managing Multiple Projects to achieve specific strategic business objectives.
