The Project Management Institute - Arabian Gulf Chapter (PMI-AGC) will be conducting a 5-day workshop on “Course 102 - Planning & Scheduling with Primavera 6.0”, on November 24-28, 2007, at the Carlton Al-Moaibed Hotel, Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. 

This workshop covers different aspects of scheduling using the Primavera Software. 

Get started with Primavera P6 through hands-on, basic training. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling while learning P3e. Scheduling techniques will be covered. This course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion, using the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs. 

At the completion of the workshop, the attendees will be able to: 

¨        create a project with activities and resources

¨        calculate a schedule

¨        analyze resource/cost data

¨        compare current vs. target schedules
